Reusable cups
We use reusable cups during Het Groot Verlof.
How does it work?
- You pay a €1 deposit for your first cup.
- When you buy a drink, you exchange your used cup for a clean one.
- At the end of the evening (or at the end of the festival), you return the cup and get €1 back at the outdoor bars.
Free drinking water
During Beleuvenissen (Friday 10, 17, 24 and 31 July and 7 August 2026), you can get free tap water at the Waterbar on the Grote Markt.

- Where: At the infomation point on the Grote Markt (near Tafelrond) of at the Red Cross post or at the drink stands
